Due to the customized and digital nature of services provided, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies. Project Confirmation 

Projects are considered confirmed only after: 

• mutual discussion and agreement 
• confirmation of project scope 
• advance payment where applicable 

Refund Policy 

As services involve customized creative work, strategy, design, branding, website development, and digital deliverables: 

• advance payments are generally non-refundable 
• no refunds shall be applicable once project work has commenced 
• delivered digital assets, strategy documents, designs, or consultations cannot be refunded or returned • refund requests, if any, may be evaluated only under exceptional circumstances 

Cancellation Policy 

Clients may request cancellation before project initiation. 

Once project execution, consultation, design work, revisions, or development activities have commenced, cancellation  requests may not qualify for refunds. 

Revisions & Additional Scope 

Reasonable revisions may be provided within the agreed project scope. 

Additional revisions, scope expansions, or new requirements beyond agreed deliverables may involve additional charges. Project Delays 

Project timelines may vary depending on: 

• client approvals 
• content submissions 
• communication delays 
• revision cycles 
• third-party dependencies 

BhagyashriChandak.com shall not be held responsible for delays caused by client-side factors or external service providers. Digital Deliverables 

Due to the digital nature of services: 

• delivered files 
• branding assets 
• website content 
• designs 
• strategy documents 
• downloadable materials
